What is the Beauty of Travel Writing?

When I was young, I was always good at descriptive writing. Maths? Nah, couldn't really care about it, it isn't going to introduce me to Italy. English Language? Yeah, my experience with it in uni had me tiptoeing into the world. But as much as language is universal, it isn't all there is to the world. What has stayed with me is the ability to animate my surroundings – smells, tastes, dances and luxuries – and portray their beauty to everyone.

It's a case of 'stopping to smell the flowers,' meaning you can find interest in almost anything; you just have to look between the lines. Everything has personality or beauty – or both. This glass of water beside me is clear, like the dimension between life and death and can reset every proportion of your life.

I find that when I travel or go on holiday, or even walk around, the world provides me with practically infinite material to work from. When you enjoy moving outside of your comfort zone, you might enjoy taking advantage of new experiences, you'll find an abundance of information to create an accurate understanding of the world & how to live your life best.

You might interpret my work as copywriting or storytelling. Honestly, it could be either, whatever floats your boat. But what it definitely is, is a need to share the beauty and personality I see, wherever I go.
